Providence Hall High School
IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
As we prepare to launch into a new school year, I’m reminded of the words of Socrates: “The secret to change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” A new year is a fresh canvas—an opportunity for students to begin again with intention, energy, and purpose. Whether it’s setting goals, building new habits, or simply embracing a positive mindset, now is the perfect moment to focus on what’s best for both your present and future self.
If you’re new to Providence Hall High School—welcome! I’m Ms. McPhail, the High School Principal. Every Sunday, I send out a “Principal’s Update” by email to help keep you connected and informed. You’ll also find them posted on Skyward, our website, and our Facebook page.
To our returning families, welcome back—and to everyone, thank you for partnering with us as we begin this exciting new chapter.
We’re so glad to have you with us, and we’re here to support a smooth and successful start to the year!
Choose to have a great week, Patriots!
Ms. McPhail
PHHS Principal

STUDENT OPEN HOUSE
- We invite all PHHS students and their families to join us for Open House on Tuesday, August 12.

- Teachers will be available from 9:00-11:00am & 12:30-2:30pm.
MANDATORY ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- This process is required for ALL Providence Hall students each year.
- A link was emailed to PHHS parents and guardians on Monday, July 28.
REGISTRATION & CLASS FEES
- There are no longer annual registration fees; however, students may still be responsible for class-specific fees (art, theater, production, etc.).
- Class fees can be found in the online course catalog.
- First semester class fees will be added to student accounts after August 20, once schedule changes are finalized.
- Since registration fees have been eliminated, students will no longer receive a school sweatshirt. High school-specific sweatshirts will be available for purchase through the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
SWEATSHIRTS & SPIRIT PACKS
Show Your Patriot Pride and Give Back!
In the past, PH sweatshirts were included with registration fees, and we know families appreciated them as an easy way to stay in dress code. With the elimination of those fees, we’re no longer able to provide sweatshirts for every student. However, PHHS Admin has partnered closely with our amazing Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) to create new Spirit Packages—packed with exclusive gear and meaningful ways to show support for our school community.
Each Spirit Package includes:
-
A yard sign to help you spot your fellow Patriots.
-
A PHHS-exclusive sweatshirt.
-
A Patriots t-shirt.
-
A Pride Pack with a pom-pom, sticker, and fan.
Most importantly, every purchase directly supports PHHS teachers by funding appreciation gifts, classroom supplies, and more.
For those looking to leave a lasting mark, the Legacy and Advocate packages also include a personalized brick that will be permanently displayed at PHHS—honoring your student or family’s legacy for years to come.
These Spirit Packages are a fantastic way to show your school pride and give back to the community that supports your student every day.

High School Spirit Pack – $80
Same price as last year’s registration fee—but with even more value! This exclusive pack includes a PHHS-only sweatshirt, Patriots t-shirt, yard sign, and a Pride Pack.
Advocate Patriot Pack – $250
This all-grade-level donation package includes a yard sign, Pride Pack, PTO Patriots sweatshirt and t-shirt, and a small personalized legacy brick to be permanently displayed at PHHS.
Legacy Patriot Pack – $500
This all-inclusive package features a yard sign, Pride Pack, two PTO Patriots sweatshirts, two t-shirts, and a large personalized brick to be permanently placed at the High School. You’ll also receive reserved seating at the Homecoming Football Game.
SENIOR ONLY SPIRIT PACK - $150
Celebrate your Class of 2026 with everything you need to make senior year unforgettable! The Senior Pack includes a senior-exclusive sweatshirt, senior yard sign, Pride Pack, and admission to two of the biggest events of the year: the Senior Dinner Dance and Senior Night Activity. Purchasing this bundle saves $15 compared to buying these items and tickets separately.
The Senior Dinner Dance and Senior Night events are the highlight of the senior year experience—most students attend at least one, if not both, and we want to ensure every senior has the chance to join in on the fun without last-minute stress. Buying early guarantees your spot, secures your gear, and helps us plan a memorable and well-supported celebration for the entire Class of 2026.
Also included is access to a Graduation Photography Field Session on the football field—reserved time for seniors to take cap and gown photos in a relaxed, meaningful setting before the ceremony. Students are welcome to bring a photographer, friend, or family member to help capture the moment. In addition to the field, indoor photography stations will also be available (see last year’s photos below for examples).
A portion of every Senior Pack purchase goes toward our Adopt a Teacher initiative, providing meals, classroom supplies, and appreciation gifts for PHHS educators.
Please note: No refunds will be given if a student is unable to attend any of the senior events. However, students are welcome to transfer or sell their event tickets to another PHHS senior. Any unused portion of a purchase will be redirected to support the Class of 2026, helping enhance senior week activities and other senior class events throughout the year.
