Conferences
Students and teachers have been busy preparing for student led conferences next week. Classes have been focusing on setting individual academic goals and learning behavior goals. Since these conferences involve discussing these goals, it is important that students attend so they have a voice in the conversation.
Conferences at the elementary level are always such a wonderful time to partner with our families. It’s a time for students to see that their teachers and parents are on the same team, cheering them on and supporting them at school and at home. Our teachers bring professional knowledge and a deep understanding of each child to these conversations, and we value the collaboration that happens when families and educators come together.
