A Historic Visit: Iowa Supreme Court Holds Session at Bettendorf Schools
What an honor it was to welcome the Iowa Supreme Court to the Bettendorf Community School District! On Tuesday night, our performing arts center became a courtroom as the justices took their proceedings on the road, allowing students and community members to witness the judicial process firsthand.
The evening offered a remarkable and educational experience—giving our students, staff, and local residents an in-depth look at how the highest court in our state hears and deliberates cases. Opportunities like this not only bring the justice system closer to the people it serves, but also inspire future leaders in law, civics, and public service.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Iowa Supreme Court for their willingness to share this unique experience with our district.
