Celebrate your child’s journey through Melissa ISD from young Cardinal to graduation day with our “Grow With Me” t-shirt! Capture precious memories as you photograph your student each year in the same shirt, watching them grow while the shirt shrinks. REMINDER: Parent Surveys will close at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 13. If you have not already completed the survey, please take a moment to do so - we want to hear from YOU! Your feedback is instrumental in helping us develop our campus improvement plans, identify trends in specific grade levels, and further improve our communication methods so that our families feel connected and informed. The anonymous surveys for each campus can be accessed at http://www.melissaisd.org/surveys.

Due to the inclement weather, our Picnic on the Playground scheduled today for Group B has been rescheduled to May 16, 2024, from 10:45 - 11:15 a.m. If you already completed the Google form to attend the picnic today and will also attend on May 16, no action is needed. If you DID NOT sign up to attend the picnic today but would like to attend on May 16, please complete the Google form and have your ID scanned prior to the new picnic date.

Things to remember for Picnic on the Playground:

• Please sign up before the deadline. (Check out the flyer below)
• Limit 2 guests per student.
• The playground equipment will be closed during our picnic time.
• After lunch time our students will resume their normal schedule.
• If you would like to sign out your student and take them home, please sign out with your child's teacher BEFORE leaving campus.
• Do not forget a blanket and lunch!

👀 Attendance reminder: School starts at 7:30 am and your student will be marked absent at 8 am.

📢 If you are currently enrolled in PreK, you will complete returning student registration when it opens July 17, 2024.
