Grades 4 & 5 Families! We hope you will join us for our Information Night to meet our amazing Arts Team, to learn about our unique Musical curriculum, auditioning and rehearsals, and to get ahead regarding important dates for this very special upcoming musical!

This event is a tradition at AAECS and it's evolved into one that families look forward to each year! We have improved how it is run so all families can walk around to see their child as well as our other museum characters. This event is for all 3rd grade families, starting at 6 pm! See your classroom teacher or Mrs. Russell, Librarian for details!

Quarter 1 report cards will be available in Jupiter Thursday, November 9, 2023. A message will be sent out that will link to the report card in your Jupiter account. If you require assistance signing into Jupiter please contact office@artsacademyecs.org

Our Winter Showcases have been scheduled! Each show is being held at the Christ Lutheran Church at 1245 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18102. An online form will be posted closer to these dates for parents to reserve seating. We are limited due to the size of the church. Please pay attention to the specific date and time of your child's grade level performance.

• Tuesday, Dec 12: Grade K at 6 pm
• Tuesday, Dec 12: Grade 2 at 6:45 pm
• Wednesday, Dec 13: Grade 1 at 6 pm
• Wednesday, Dec 13: Grade 3 at 6:45 pm
• Thursday, Dec 14: Grades 4 & 5 at 6 pm

It's that time of year again! We are starting decorating early this year so our families can see their child's work at the Parent-Teacher Conferences. The competition planning has already begun! See the video below for how this was done last year!

We are hosting a Winter Wear Drive for our students in need. Please help us gather a collection of coats, scarves, mittens, hats or even socks to keep them warm this winter. Our goal is to have these donations available to families during Parent-Teacher Conferences. Items can be sent in at any time!

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 21, 2023. These are 12:30 pm early dismissal days; lunch is provided. Conferences times are available starting in the afternoons until 6 pm.
