Just Candles is brought to you by the Evergreen Transition Program, a community-based job training program for young adults with disabilities ages 18-22. Each candle is uniquely made by and decorated by young adults in the Evergreen Transition Program as part of their job site. The candles are made with soy wax in a reusable glass jar with lid. Each candle has a unique scent chosen by the young adults. The program provides experiential learning opportunities for young adults to foster independence in the areas of employment, post-secondary education/training, and life skills.
