We Appreciate Our Veterans!

As November sets in, our community approaches a very special day. A day that we as a community set aside to honor our Veterans and Armed Forces. Each of these men and women sacrificed moments of their lives in order to preserve and promote the prosperity of our nation.. Please take a moment from your day to remind our Veterans of our appreciation for their service.

A thank you goes a long way. They sacrificed a moment of their lives to serve our country and protect its citizens. We give them a moment of ours, in appreciation for their service.

Dear Hillsboro-Deering families,

Exciting news! Your high school student is invited to join us on a once-in-a-lifetime international travel experience with their peers to Costa Rica in April 2024!

Educational travel exposes students to new people, places, and cultures which in turn expands their knowledge of the world and their knowledge of themselves. That’s why I’m thrilled to bring this opportunity to your family and our community. This trip will fill up fast, so please reach out to Shannon Chagnon at schagnon@hdsd.org for more information.
