Week of October 30, 2022
Thank you to all our families for supporting our first ever Ipad week. It was a terrific week. The activities in Seesaw were amazing! I hope you were able to see, at home, the work your child was able to do at school.
We are excited to announce we received a generous donation from the Hynes Group for the purchase of technology. We now have an interactive floor! This piece of technology is housed in the front lobby and can be accessed by all of our students. The interactive games used with this device target numbers, letters, seasons, science standards, cause and effect and themes that connect with our OWL curriculum and the MA Common Core standards. Students can stand, sit, crawl as they use auditive, visual and kinetic approaches to learning. See the pictures below.
Parent Teacher conferences will be the afternoon of 11/15 (virtual only) and the evening of 11/16 (in person only). Teachers will send out a letter via email on November 1 st so that families can sign up for an appointment. Any family that needs assistance setting up an appointment can call the school office at 781-335-0191.
Some Reminders:
No costumes on Monday, 10/31. Students can wear Orange and Black.
Health and Safety:
If your child is out for more than 3 consecutive days, you must have a doctor's note in order for your child to return to school.
TECHNOLOGY:
If you did not pick up your child's Ipad please make arrangements with the office to pick up.

SEESAW SPOTLIGHT
Congratulations to Mrs. Doyle for making the Seesaw Spotlight of the Week. Mrs. Doyle has been creating videos to model gross motor skills for students and their families. This personalized video modeling helps to meet the needs of students with various and diverse abilities!
Wanted: Family Pictures!
We are making progress with our family pictures and we still have room! Families are so important to us and our students love to proudly show us their family members. Please consider sending in a picture of your family for our Family bulletin board. Do not send in a picture that you need back right away. We will do our best to send all pictures home in June 2023.
