Character Trait of the Month for November!
For the 2025–2026 school year, the Student of the Month program will align with Capturing Kids’ Hearts' Character Trait of the Month. Each month, staff will focus on teaching and reinforcing a specific character trait throughout the school. At the end of the month, teachers will select a Student of the Month based on who best demonstrated that trait in their classroom. The character trait for November is: Teamwork
What is Teamwork?
Teamwork is the ability to work in unity with others towards a common goal. For us to learn how to become team players, it is important that we learn to listen, encourage our peers, and allow and invite others to contribute their talents and skills.
Winter Weather!
As winter approaches, we want to remind families to help their children stay warm by sending them to school with proper winter gear—such as a coat, snow boots, hat, and gloves. Students go outside for recess daily unless the wind chill falls to 5°F or lower, at which point recess will move indoors.
