CTE Director's Message

Week 15 of the school year was another successful week for PCS CTE. We are continuously providing opportunities for students to be equipped with the tools to make a decision on whether they will become enrolled, enlisted or employed upon graduation.

There are 2 instructional days left in the Fall semester.

.

End of Course state assessments, credentials, and performance based measurements are amongst us as we approach the end of the semester. I am hopeful that the engaging instruction, industry exposure, and field experiences we have provided this semester have fully prepared our students to be successful in mastering CTE content and reaching our goals listed below.

There is a local proficiency goal of 82.5% pass rate on CTE state assessments, 75% of offered credentials earned, and 90% pass rate on Performance Based Measurement modules. Below you will find the data profile we are using as a baseline for gathering proficiency data this semester.

CTE Teachers CDCs and CIMCs I am grateful for all of you and all that you do in the world of CTE.
