October 9th -- Fall Festivalπ
All children will need to be picked up by 2:00 PM, and our Fall Festival will begin shortly after! Join us for an afternoon of fall fun with a petting zoo, food and drinks, live music, pumpkin painting, and more! The event is completely free, and families are welcome to bring guests. With everyone arriving around the same time, we expect traffic and parking to be a little more hectic than usual, so please plan to give yourself some extra time to park and pick up so that all kiddos are picked up by 2:00 PM. If you havenβt RSVPβd yet, please do so by this evening, as we will begin preparing for the festival tomorrow and want to make sure we have an accurate headcount! Please RSVP here: https://forms.gle/XwEjmJGPy5V2L88Z7
October 12th -- Closed for Indigenous Peoples Day
October 19th -- Author Spotlight at Sprouts! π
We are excited to welcome local author Amanda Martin to Sprouts for a special Author Spotlight! Amanda will be visiting our four oldest classrooms to read her book, βHenry the Star-Spangled Spaniel,β a sweet story featuring a lovable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Following her visit, Amanda will also be signing books for any families who would like to purchase a copy! If you would like to purchase a signed copy for your child, please send us an Admin message through Brightwheel. We will arrange for the signed book to be sent home with your child and the cost will be charged to your account. Weβre so excited to share this special experience with our Sprouts kiddos!

π¦ Our New Therapeutic Pollinator Garden! πΏ
You may have noticed some construction happening out front, and weβre excited to finally share what weβve been working on! We are creating a Therapeutic Pollinator Garden for our Sprouts kiddos and families to enjoy. The garden will feature a small water feature, a designated area where children can sit and learn, and a variety of native and local pollinator-friendly plants designed to attract butterflies, bees, and other important pollinators. Our hope is for this space to become an extension of our classrooms, giving children opportunities to observe nature up close, learn about the life cycle of butterflies, explore plants and insects, and understand the important role pollinators play in our environment. This space will also be available for the therapists who work with our kiddos to use during their sessions, providing a peaceful outdoor environment for learning, movement, sensory exploration, and connection. Weβre so excited to watch this space come to life and create another special area for our kiddos to learn, explore, and connect with nature right here at Sprouts!
