Monthly School-Wide Character Trait: Dependability

This month we highlight Dependability — being reliable and keeping your promises. Families can discuss ways to show others they can be counted on. Ask your child: “What’s one way you can show your friends or family they can rely on you?”

At the end of the month, one student from each classroom will be recognized at our school assembly for being dependable.

🎨 Welcome, Artist in Residency Markus Tracy! 🎨 🎨 Welcome, Artist in Residency Markus Tracy! 🎨

We’re thrilled to welcome muralist Markus Tracy, as our Artist in Residency from April 20–May 28. Mr. Tracy brings a powerful blend of creativity, collaboration, and community building to Walteria. During his residency, students will explore visual art and work together to create a shared community mural. This was all made possible through the Arts and Music School (AMS) Funding and a partnership with the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. We’re so excited to have Mr. Tracy this spring!
