Hello Parents and Guardians-

I am very excited to announce that your student is able to sign up for instruments this year!

As part of the Instrumental Program, your student will receive 1 lesson a week by instrument group and 1 full group lesson. Teachers are aware of this schedule and we do our best to work around the needs of each student.

We will be starting up the first week of October so it is important to sign up and order your instrument as soon as possible. I have spoken with your student and they are aware of the instrument options. You must sign up with Gerry’s Music by Friday, September 25th in order to have your instrument in time for lessons.

If your student is having a difficult time selecting an instrument, I encourage you to visit the rental website for Gerry’s Music and listen to the instrument options. These are the options available to students this year: violin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet, trumpet, and trombone.

In addition to the commitment form attached to this letter you will be receiving instrument rental information from Gerry’s Music. Please contact Gerry's Music directly to arrange for a rental. If there are any concerns about the cost of renting an instrument please reach out to me.

Attached you will find a student/parent commitment form. Please fill out the form and return it at your earliest convenience.

I look forward to making music with your students! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Court Documentation Court Documentation

Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of each child while they are in our care. If there is any court documentation concerning your child(ren)'s custody, visitation, restrictions, etc., please be sure that the front office has an updated copy. While we recognize at times it's critical, by law, we cannot restrict any parent from their child or child's records without court documentation. Please be sure we have what we need to be able to protect all of our students.
