The Collin ACCESS (Accommodations at Collin College for Equal Support Services) Office provides services in their college classes which offer equal opportunities for qualified students with disabilities. Dual Credit students must apply for Collin College accommodations through their ACCESS office -- any ISD accommodations do NOT automatically apply for students. They must request them through Collin.

If you have a student attending courses at a Collin College campus, you may want to register for CougarAlert -- Collin College's Emergency Alert Notification System. After registering at this link, the system will send you confirmation emails and texts to your email and cell number. After that, when a Lockdown, weather situation, or other emergency occurs at Collin College, you will be immediately notified.

To help families plan for the 23-24 school year, Collin has released their 2023-2024 academic calendar. Collin's 23-24 Important Dates

You will notice classes do not begin until August 21st. This means your child will not have that class during that time. Each campus may designate a spot if during 3rd period. Otherwise, students should not be on campus for their dual credit class if it is 1st/4th period.
