December 11th- 2nd grade class!

Please be on the lookout for Spring Tuition letters in the mail. If you don't receive one by next week, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Tuition for the Spring will be paid starting in January.

Important Note: Those who didn't have a payment plan for the Fall will need to sign up for one in FACTS Financial; those who already have a payment plan will get tuition charges added in December (but won't be charged until January). Payment plans will remain the same for those who already had a payment agreement (ex. Monthly, semi-monthly, etc).

We will have mass on December 6th, like normal.

School mass will be on Monday, December 9th (Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary) instead of December 13th.

*Students will wear mass uniforms on December 9th, not December 13th.

• 12/19- Auction Free Dress &/or PJ Day for Everyone!
• 12/20- Mass Uniforms (kinder only will change into PJs for party; everyone else will stay in mass uniforms)

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

We are so excited to have the Scholastic Book Fair again this year. It is coming up on the Week of December 9th. We will also have the book fair lined up with our Christmas Program on the night of December 12th. You can check out the Library Newsletter for some specifics about what is coming or you can go straight to our Book Fair Homepage to set up your eWallet or look through flyers of what will be coming. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Fair!

Dear Parents,

I am looking for some individuals who would like to volunteer some time in the library and earn care and share hours. There are two options for signing up right now.

The first is to help with the BOOK FAIR. I need some extra volunteers who would be able to help before and after the Christmas program on Thursday, December 12th. I also need a couple of volunteers to help with closing up our Book Fair in the afternoon on Friday, December 13th. The second option would be the last hour of the school day on a Tuesday or Thursday. You can pick and choose when you would be available and get to work on fun projects, reshelving books, and even helping organize and add books to our library. Parents are Welcome

We will have the shop open before and after school for parents to shop with their children:
MORNINGS: Monday - Thursday from 7-7:50
AFTERNOONS: Monday - Wednesday 3:30-4:30

Special EVENT: Christmas Program at 7pm THURSDAY Dec. 12th
The book fair will be open one hour before and after the program.

6:00pm- Book Fair will open; must enter through East outside door to the nursey (elementary hallway won't open until 6:30pm)

6:30pm- students must be escorted by an adult to homeroom classes; an adult MUST "sign in" with a teacher.

6:30pm- Church doors will be opened and families may find a seat.

If you are worried about finding seating, have one person take your student to their homeroom and the other person go to the church to save seats.

Make sure to take students' coats with you to church. Students will not be going back to homeroom classes. The Book Fair & Spirt Store will be open until 9pm for families to shop!

Isabelle and Santiago Rivera ran in the Yukon 5K and both placed 2nd in their age group! We are so proud of them!!

Congrats, Mrs. Eden. She took 364,600 Steps in November (before Thanksgiving!)

A big shout-out to all the teachers for putting on this event! Especially Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Eden, and Ms. Labella!

*Note: The Parental Choice Tax Credit will align with the 25/26 school year. Applications for grades PK4-8th is on February 18th, 2025. PK3 is not eligible for the PCTC.
