Spring 2026 Newsletter
Liberty Knoll Homeowners Association
Happy Spring!
It's that time of year again — open the windows, breathe in the fresh air, and welcome spring! 🌿
You’ll soon see our landscaping crew back on the property, working to refresh the grounds. The board has already begun walking the property to identify trees and shrubs that need attention. This spring, we plan to add new plantings to replace what was removed and enhance the overall appearance of the property. We've also identified structures that are in need of repair, including a few of our garbage sheds. They are the original structures and in need of some TLC.
As we move into the warmer months, please take a few minutes to clean up the area around your home. Keeping these spaces neat helps maintain the overall appearance and value of our community.
To make things a little easier, our annual bulk dumpster service is scheduled for May 11–18. Take advantage of it!
When we each take pride in our own space, the entire community benefits. Thank you for doing your part — together, we can make this property something we're all proud of!

4. Help clean the property at the end of the day.

ANNUAL MEETING
May 19, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse
We hope you’ll join us for this year’s Annual Meeting. It’s a great opportunity to hear about the work the Board has been doing to maintain our property, manage our resources responsibly, and plan for the future. We’ll share updates on current projects and what’s ahead.
You’ll also have a chance to see the newly updated clubhouse—we’re excited for you to experience the improvements.
We value your ideas and input, and for those interested, there are opportunities to get involved through our committees, including structures, services, communications, and community engagement.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Parking at Liberty Knoll
A Quick Reminder
Traffic & safety issues are created when we do not park legally within the community. Our roads are simply not wide enough to accommodate street parking. Please be considerate of this important safety concern and respect your neighbors. We continue to expect all homeonwers to abide by the LKHOA parking rules.
Please be reminded that the Liberty Knoll Parking Policy is available for review at www.LibertyKnoll.org.

Being a Good Neighbor Means...
Being Considerate. Leash your pet at all times.
Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.
If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.
Observe the Posted Speed Limits
Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.
We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.
If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.
