Contest Details:

1. Clip Box Tops from a variety of products.

2. Collect Box Tops in a Ziploc bag. Write both the child’s name and teacher’s name on

the bag. (Any unlabeled bags will not count)

3. Send in your collected Box Tops to your classroom by 10/25/19.

The top class with the most Box Tops collected will receive a classroom ice cream party and top student with the most Box Tops collected will receive a gift basket compliments of the Hackberry PTA!

Detalles del Concurso:

Volunteer Opportunities available at the following events:

Story Book Pumpkin Drop off day October 21, 2019 07:30 am - end time varies.

• We need 4 volunteer to organize Pumpkins by grade and help students as the pumpkins are dropped off in the library the morning of October 21st.
  

Story Book Pumpkin Certificates and Treat Bags October 24th (no specific time )

• Mrs. Ratliff needs help with storybook pumpkin certificates and filling treat bags. Anytime on this day that the volunteer is available.
  

Trunk or Treat October 29, 2019

• There are multiple ways to help from candy donation to a decorated car. See the sign up for all volunteer opportunities.

Donuts with Dad November 5, 2019 06:45am - 08:30am

• Volunteers needed to help serve our Dads.
  

Book Fair Set up October 30, 2019 9:00am - 11:00am and/or 11:00am - 1:00pm

• Mrs. Ratliff needs help setting up the book fair.

Book Fair Student Preview Day October 31st and November 1st

• Each class comes in to preview the book fair selections and make out their wish list. The Librarian needs volunteers to help the students fill out their wish lists and find great selections, especially our younger students. Multiple Time Slots available.
  

Book Fair November 4th - 8th

• Mrs. Ratliff needs help all week long running the book fair, especially during school drop off time, many time slots available.

Book Fair Clean Up November 7th 08:00 am -10:00 am

• Mrs. Ratliff needs help packing up the book fair.

*Holiday Shop Preview Days December 5th and 6th (sign up not available yet but many time slots will be available)

*Holiday Shop December 9th - 13th (sign up not available yet but many time slots will be available all week)

• Cada clase viene para previsualizar las selecciones de la feria del libro y hacer su lista de deseos. El bibliotecario necesita voluntarios para ayudar a los estudiantes a llenar sus listas de deseos y encontrar grandes selecciones, especialmente nuestros estudiantes más jóvenes. Múltiples franjas horarias disponibles.
  

Feria del Libro: del 4 al 8 de noviembre
