Rowayton Elementary School

Our first High Tide sessions were a huge success! Rowayton students set sail on a new adventure as they gathered in their High Tide groups. In courses like Double Dutch, Babysitting, Nature Walks, Running Club, Magna Tiles, and Marvel Comics, we all met new friends and connected with staff and peers from different grade levels. We believe that a rising tide lifts all boats, and High Tide brings that belief to life by creating opportunities for students and staff to learn, collaborate, and grow together. Each student selected a course based on their interests. Today they began exploring those ideas alongside friends with the same passion. We can't wait to see the connections and creativity that emerge as our school community continues to rise together.

The entire school day is valuable. Please try to have students remain in school for the entirety of the school day. Help us maintain a safe and orderly dismissal by following the procedure below when picking up students before dismissal time.

Students may not be picked up after 3:25pm. At this time we have initiated the dismissal process. Parents will have to wait until dismissal begins at 3:35pm.

Please note your child’s schedule especially with special events at the end of the year. Retrieval at certain times of the day will be delayed. We appreciate your patience and flexibility in advance.
