Thank You, Veterans!
On Wednesday, BCSD will honor the veterans who have selflessly defended our nation's freedoms. Throughout November, each school in our district will host celebrations featuring musical performances, assemblies, and classroom activities. These events will honor the contributions of our veterans. Thank you to those who have served and are serving!
Huntington Art Educator, Erin Kraly, Earns Honor
Congratulations to Huntington Elementary Art Educator Erin Kraly on being inducted as a Distinguished Fellow of the Ohio Art Education Association (OAEA). This is one of the highest lifetime honors an art educator in Ohio can receive.
The OAEA Distinguished Fellow award highlights educators who have dedicated their careers to shaping and uplifting art education across our local community and the state. Selected by a committee of veteran honorees, inductees represent true leaders who bring creativity, passion, and vision to their classrooms every single day. Each year, only a small group of standout teachers across Ohio is recognized with this distinction.
National School Psychologists Week
Our school psychologists help make BCSD a place where every student can succeed. They listen, guide, support, and advocate, ensuring our students have the tools to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This National School Psychologist Week, we celebrate these dedicated professionals who make our schools better, stronger, and more supportive for all. Thank you for all you do!
