We strive to celebrate the diversity represented in our school and value what each student brings to Cole Manor each day from their unique backgrounds and experiences. This creates a rich, welcoming and vibrant learning community.

Dear Families,

Happy New Year! We are so excited to welcome students back and start 2026 with a fresh, engaging, and meaningful year of learning.

This month, teachers are focusing on lessons that keep students actively learning in literacy, math, and science. They are taking time to ensure they apply their skills on a regular basis to ensure an authentic learning experience. Students are participating in hands-on activities, working in small groups, and practicing skills in ways that are both challenging and fun. As always, our focus is on literacy and math skills. We are focusing on ensuring all students can read at grade level.

Students will have plenty of fun at school too. Spirit Days are back this month, giving everyone a chance to show their school pride, and we have a variety of school-wide activities planned to build community and creativity.

Finally, our next Parent-Faculty (PFC) meeting is coming up on 1/7/26. These meetings are a great way to hear about what’s happening at school, ask questions, and support our programs. All families are welcome to join.

We’re looking forward to a great start to the year, filled with learning, growth, and lots of excitement. Thank you for being part of the Cole Manor Elementary community!
