PRISM Walk Through--Thank you!
Thank you to the early childhood staff that welcomed our PRISM partners in their classrooms last week. In true DESE fashion, they said that they would have feedback ready for us by August ðĪŠð (not kidding). However, I do appreciate that we are included, as the only rural district with our partner, Farmington River. We will be notifying those who have been selected for the PRISM leadership team and school based teams soon!

April/May Instructional Vision Challenge!
We will continue into April and May with the last opportunity to share how YOU are implementing a part of our instructional vision.
This month's focus are the fifth two bullets in the instructional vision are:
Students will know what they are learning and why they are learning it.
Staff will empower students to know what and why they are learning.
Staff are invited to fill out a brief (2-3 sentences!) summary of how you are implementing this part of our vision. It can be specific or general, and it should clearly describe how your actions are moving this part of our instructional vision forward.
Here is the link to share!

Van Driver Wanter for Chester on Track....Last call
Each year, the town of Chester hosts a celebratory event for the town and surrounding residents. They have a number of events going on downtown. In the past, we have provided van driving services so those who have difficulty getting around can hop in the van to get from place to place. Basically, this is a circular route from 12-3pm picking up and dropping off at popular stops in town. The event runs from 9am-4pm, so you would still get to enjoy the fair before or after the route is done.
If you're interested in taking on this van route, please email Kristen!
District Data for your review
I am going to try to share some data with you each week that may be of interest to you.
In late February, I sent out the mid-year faculty survey. I appreciate everyone's feedback! Here are the charts created by google from the responses. The leadership team has reflected on this feedback and set some goals for continuous improvement.
