Happy Wednesday Cherrydale Families,

One of the things that makes Cherrydale such a special community is the incredible support we receive from our families. There are lots of ways to get involved at school, and we would love to have you join us! Whether you have a little time to give or are looking for a regular way to connect with our school, your involvement makes a difference for our students.

Ways You Can Volunteer

There are many opportunities throughout the school year, including:

Field Trips: Join us as a chaperone and help make special learning experiences possible for our students.
Classroom Support: Work alongside teachers by helping with classroom activities, projects, or other needs.
Recess: Spend some time outside with our students and help support a positive, fun recess experience.
School Events: Help with special events and activities throughout the year.

Get Involved with PTA

Another great way to support Cherrydale is through our PTA! Whether you can attend meetings, help with an event, volunteer your time, or simply share your ideas, there are many ways to be involved. You don't have to commit to everything—every bit of support helps our PTA provide opportunities and experiences for our students and families.

Dolly Day: Celebrating a Love of Reading

Cherrydale students and staff had a wonderful time dressing up for Dolly Day (9/25). Everyone had fun showing their Dolly spirit from big hair and sparkles to cowboy-inspired looks.

Dolly Parton has made a lasting impact on children and families through her love of books and literacy. Her Imagination Library has helped provide free books to young children, inspiring a love of reading and opening the door to countless adventures through stories.
