Happy Wednesday Cherrydale Families!

We’ve noticed that traffic on Military Road has been getting backed up during arrival and dismissal, and we appreciate your help in keeping things running smoothly. Please remember to follow the correct routes for each pick-up and drop-off area—signs are clearly posted to guide you.

Parking on campus is limited, so we ask families to pay close attention to “No Parking” zones. For those who need to park and walk, there is additional parking available on B Street.

Because student safety is our top priority, some areas may be coned off to ensure students can move safely to and from their parent’s vehicle. Thank you for respecting these safety measures.

Finally, our staff stationed at each drop-off and pick-up location are there to help. They greatly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding as they work to make arrival and dismissal as safe and efficient as possible for all students.

Last week Ms. Oliver's class learned about Filipino American WWII Veterans who received the U.S. Congressional Gold Medal for their remarkable service. We are grateful for their courage and proud to honor their legacy in our learning.

Thank you to everyone who has already filled out the Impact Aid survey on ParentSquare! As of today, we are 90.5% towards our goal of 100%. If you haven’t had a chance to fill it out yet, please take a moment to do so—your participation makes a big difference in supporting our school. We appreciate your time and continued support!

Love starting your day with a smile? We are looking for cleared volunteers to help keep traffic flowing safely and smoothly. Please check in at the office at 8:55 a.m. Thank you for helping make drop-off safe and smooth!

We would love to have you volunteer. If you are a new parent to the district or first time volunteer, please click on the link to get clearance to volunteer. Please submit your completed application at least two (2) weeks before the expected volunteer service start date. Volunteer status is valid for 2 years.
