Kohlberg Elementary Newletter
Week of 8-18-25
We are excited to share some fantastic news — our campus has earned a B rating from the Texas Education Agency (TEA)! This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our teachers, and the support of our families. Together, we continue to grow, improve, and provide a high-quality education for every student. Thank you for being an essential part of our success!
As we celebrate this accomplishment, we also look ahead to important assessments this month. Students will be participating in NWEA MAP Growth testing, which helps us measure how they are progressing in reading and math throughout the year. These tests are adaptive, meaning they adjust to each student’s learning level, and provide teachers with valuable data to personalize instruction and ensure every student continues to grow.
