Message from Mrs. Morgan:

โ›„ January was an interesting month with all the snow days!

As we approach the middle of the 3rd quarter, please encourage your child to stay focused on their academic goals! If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to your child's teacher.

February is a month filled with kindness and positive energy. We are celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Month, Black History Month, President's Day and more.

Don't forget there is no school on February 17th and 18th.

As always, thank you for your support!

Students should have at least 50/100% of their AR goal met by February 7th! Keep reading!

Black History Month Challenge

If students are interested in researching a Black Historical Leader, they need to stop and pick up a graphic organizer from the periodic table poster, fill it out and bring it back to Ms. Gray or Mrs. Elliott. They will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a prize. This challenge will end on 2/28 and students can enter as many times as they would like. They must pick a person that is on the periodic table to research.

Congratulations to our Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl for competing last weekend! Congratulations to our Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl for competing last weekend!
