Dear Sand Creek Families,

We’re excited to invite our Sand Creek families to a relaxed evening together as we kick off the school year!

Join us for our Title I Fall Family Picnic for dinner, outdoor fun, and opportunities to learn more about how we partner with families to support student learning.

Bring your family and enjoy a relaxed evening outdoors at Sand Creek!

We’ll provide Walking Tacos and bottled water for families to enjoy together. Grab your meal, find a spot outside, and settle in for an evening of food, fun, and connection.

Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy our picnic outdoors!
Bring your own blanket or lawn chairs and make yourself comfortable.
If it rains, we’ll move the picnic inside.

We’re looking forward to spending a fun evening together! Before the event, we ask all families attending to watch our short Title I informational video.

The video is part of our Title I family information and engagement process and helps us meet the requirements for providing families with important information about Title I and opportunities to partner with our school.

We know families are busy, so we’ve made the video short and easy to watch from home—whenever it works best for you. Or, join us at our September 15 PTO meeting and watch it with us in person!

Within the video, a completion code will be shown.

3. Your RSVP lets us know your family is coming and helps us prepare your meal tickets

Explore Sand Creek and see what you can discover together!

No rotations. No required activities. Just choose what sounds fun for your family!

When families and schools work together, students benefit.

This evening is a chance to:

• Learn more about our Title I program

• Connect with other Sand Creek families

• Spend time learning and playing together

• Share your ideas and feedback with our school

• Celebrate the start of a new school year!

The schedules for K-5 Fall Conferences are now open. Please sign up for one 20-minute conference with your child's homeroom teacher. Conferences are held twice during the school year, Fall & Winter, and are an important part of the home/school partnership
