Character Dress Up Day is always an exciting event for our students and staff! To ensure a fun, safe, and disruption-free day, please review the following costume guidelines before your student arrives at school:
No weapon accessories: Swords, guns, knives, or any other fake weapon replicas are not permitted.
No inflatable costumes: Costumes must fit comfortably within regular classroom and hallway spaces.
No masks or full head coverings: Faces must remain visible throughout the day for safety and identification.
Thank you for your support in making this a wonderful day for everyone!

Medication guidelines:
If your student requires medication at school,
- A Medication Consent Form must be completed and turned in with each medication. If the medication is a prescription, the form must be signed by the doctor as well as the parent.
- Parents must deliver all medications to the school nurse. Students are not allowed to carry medications to and from school.
For more information, please refer to the Student Handbook.
This week, the Lions Club visited our school to conduct vision screenings for our students. Out of 671 students screened, 93 did not pass the assessment. If your child requires a follow-up evaluation, you will receive a results form along with a letter recommending an appointment with an eye care professional.
Please contact Nurse McLelland if you have any questions or concerns.
