We will have a report card night/open house on Tuesday, October 15 from 5:00-6:00. Parents will be able to pick up report cards and view student work at that time.

Tuesday, October 1--JH Football @Baird 5:30 (Please note the date change).

Wednesday, October 2--JH/Varsity Cross Country @Ballinger.

Thursday, October 3--Varsity Football vs Baird in Eden 7:00 (Please note the date and time change).

Wednesday, October 3 is National School Custodian Appreciation Day.

Can you imagine how much time and effort it takes to clean up behind 250 children and adults all day, every day? Our custodial staff cleans 12 bathrooms, 4 locker rooms, 26 classrooms, 10 offices, and sweeps, mops and vacuums miles of floors every day. Not only do they keep our campus looking great, but they also sanitize it constantly to minimize the spreading of germs.

Please take a moment this week to let the Bulldog Custodial Staff know how much you appreciate their hard work.

Saturday, October 12---Concho Classic Marching Festival @Angelo State

Saturday, October 19---UIL Regional Marching Competition @Angelo State

We will provide an opportunity for all of our 10th graders to take the PreACT test on October 3.

We will provide an opportunity for any seniors who would like to retake the ACT test on October 3 as well.

All of our students 10-12 grade are invited to take the ASVAB test on October 17. The ASVAB test is an aptitude test used to identify a student's strengths and help them find a career that's a good fit based on their interests, skills, and strengths.

There is no financial cost to students for any of these tests if they take them at Eden High School.

Friday, October 11 will be the end of the first Nine Week Grading period. We are nearly finished with the first quarter of the school year!

October 3--PreACT and ACT testing for 10th and 12 grade

October 3--Pink Out Game

October 5--Big Country Marching Festival @Wylie

October 8-10 Fifth grade outdoor science lab

October 10--PK-3rd grade farm trip

October 10--Senior picture day/PK-11th grade picture retakes

October 11--END OF NINE WEEKS

October 25--Early Dismissal 2:00

October 31--Trunk or Treat
