I'M ON PROBATION, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
After the Spring 2024 semester, you received an email from the Office of Admissions and Records and a message in your student portal letting you know that you were placed on either the first or second level of probation. The good news is if you’re reading this newsletter, you are already on the road to SUCCESS!! Counselors want to help you return to Good Standing as soon as possible!
Please schedule a Counseling Appointment to discuss your current progress and academic standing. Learn more about Mt. SAC's Probation and Dismissal Policy.

Complete a Workshop before Spring 2025 registration begins 11/13 (if you haven't completed one yet)!
If you are on the 1st level of Probation (Academic Probation or Progress Probation), please complete the online Probation Success Workshop to restore your Spring 2025 registration date. Access the workshop from either the Student or Home pages of your portal.
OR
If you are on the 2nd level of Probation (Continued Academic Probation or Continued Progress Probation), please attend an in-person or zoom P2 Success Workshop to restore your Winter 2025 registration date. Click HERE for registration instructions.
