Bingham Bid + Bash Highlight
New for this year, you can also enter into a drawing for a reserved parking space. For $25 you could walk away (or should we say drive away) with your secured space for the 2026-2027 school year!
Check out next week's newsletter for a complete list of all the online auction items that all families can bid on (even if you are unable to attend the event).
We hope that you had a wonderful and relaxing mid-winter break. As we launch into these next three months of school, there are lots of exciting things happening. Please consider joining us for the things that fit for your family.
District-wide screening of Screenagers 3/4 & 3/19
Parenting in the digital age isn’t something any of us are figuring out alone. The boundaries we set and the norms we create as families shape the world all of our kids are growing up in — which means this is bigger than just one household. It’s a community conversation.
Join families from all BPS elementary schools for a district-wide showing of Screenagers on March 4th and March 19th at 6:30 p.m. in the Groves Auditorium. This powerful documentary explores the science behind screen time and its impact on kids’ mental health, sleep, learning, and social development — and offers practical, research-based strategies for building healthier digital habits at home.
We hope you’ll be part of this important conversation.
Please note: This screening is intended for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers only.

Conference Refreshments
Help us provide some treats and refreshments for our teachers and staff during conferences on March 24 & 25. Choose an item on the list or provide your own favorites. All treats should be dropped off at the school office. Thanks for brightening their day!
Dining for Donations: 3/25
On our half-day, save the dinner prep for another day and grab a bite at Rusty Bucket. 15% of your bill will be donated to Bingham Farms Elementary to be used for classroom grants and programs. Use Code PTA25 when ordering online or scan your receipt.
PTA Board Elections
At the February 10, 2026 Board Meeting, the PTA voted to set the slate for the 2026-2027 school year election. Please join us on Tuesday, March 17th at 7pm in the Media Center to vote on the upcoming election. Thank you to our nominees for your continued support of our school. Nominations include:
President (choose 1): Sam Silver
Vice President (choose 1): Jenny Bolten, T'erra Gassaway
Expense Treasurer (choose 1): Molly Clautice
Volunteer of the Year
Do you know of someone who has done an outstanding job volunteering in and supporting our school this year? Please submit your nominations for volunteer of the year by March 16th to be voted on at the March 17th meeting. We know that our school thrives on the bonus support that our volunteers provide each day and we want to celebrate those contributions. Nomination Form
Stock the Lounge
Our teachers and staff are just like us...
Please help us bring a winter pick-me-up to our Bingham stars by stocking the staff lounge with delicious treats and a variety of caffeine options. Drop off an individually packaged snack, protein fix, or caffeine beverage to bring a bit of joy on these cloudy and cold winter days. Choose from an item on the Sign-up-Genius or one of your own fav's.

Box Tops for Education
A great way to support the school is through Box Top$ for Education. Long gone are the days of clipping the barcodes of cereal boxes or soup labels. Download the app, select Bingham Farms Elementary, and each time you shop at the grocery scan your receipt. It will auto calculate the donation and send it to our school! It is easy, and you don't need to know which food or supplies qualify for credit - the app checks for you. Now download that app while you wait for the bus, or in the pick-up gathering zone.
