Senior Walk Information
At the times and dates below, seniors may return to the elementary and middle schools they attended prior to Flora if the school has agreed to host a Senior Walk. Only students who attended a particular school will be allowed to visit there. Seniors who owe seat time or schoolwork should prioritize those issues.
Currently, participating cluster schools include Annie Burnside, Brennen, Brockman, Satchel Ford, and Crayton.
If a student attended an elementary school NOT listed above, it is the responsibility of the student to obtain permission from the elementary school to participate in a senior walk.
Seniors should wear their cap and gown.
Seniors should be at the elementary school by 7:45 a.m.
Students need to provide their own transportation to this event.
After the elementary walk, students can go to Crayton (where they will enter through the doors near the auditorium). Thank you!
Senior Night
The Class of 2026 Senior Night will be held on Thursday, May 21, at 6:30 pm in the AC Flora Competition Gym. ALL seniors and their parents are invited to this annual event that honors the senior class and their accomplishments.
If you have any questions about Senior Night, please contact our Senior Class advisors, Ms. Dallas and/or Ms. Davis, at kathryn.dallas@richlandone.org and/or eleni.davis@richlandone.org.
Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy Applications
The Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy (photos below) at AC Flora will begin accepting applications for the 2026-27 participants in August. This afterschool program meets monthly for leader labs designed to engage, expose and equip students for future involvement in their school and community. Students strive to make an impact through several service projects during the year. Any rising 10th or 11th graders who are interested in applying should complete an interest form in the main office by May 22, 2026.

For questions or to sponsor a student’s participation, please contact P2CO Program Director Jerry Screen at jscreen@culsc.org.
Palmetto Fellows Late Award:
If you are a senior who has newly met the criteria for the Palmetto Fellows scholarship or who is re-taking the SAT and/or ACT in May or June in order to potentially qualify for the Palmetto Fellows scholarship, please contact Ms. Porter in the counseling office no later than May 22 at moira.porter@richlandone.org so that she can help you with the required application. If you previously submitted an application for Palmetto Fellows earlier this year, there is no need to reapply; this is purely for seniors who have newly qualified or who are re-taking the SAT or ACT in May or June in hopes of qualifying. Guidelines for Palmetto Fellows can be accessed here: https://www.che.sc.gov/students-families-and-military/scholarships-and-grants-sc-residents
How to order your FINAL transcript:
All students are encouraged to order their FINAL TRANSCRIPT after the 25-26 school year grades have been finalized. All transcripts MUST be ordered through Parchment. Transcripts will not be shared through any other process.
SENIORS who need their final transcripts sent to a college must place a request using Flora’s transcript service, Parchment. Students can create an account at www.parchment.com and send a transcript electronically to any college in the United States. Students can place a request now via Parchment; they should select the option to “hold for grades” in order to ensure that their final transcript is the one that is sent. Students should request their transcript to be sent no later than June 12 in order to ensure processing before the counseling office closes for the summer break. Final transcripts will be available for sending in June.
JUNIORS…you need to order a copy of your transcript in order to begin the college application process in August. Colleges will ask you for the information on your transcript when you apply, and some may ask you to upload a copy, so please make sure this is part of your “to do” list.
Click here for directions for ordering your transcript through Parchment.
