Parents,

We had a busy, but FUN week at Belton Elementary this week!! Our students have been working so hard in class. I always tell them "If we work hard, then we will play hard." Below are several pictures from our week!

Next Thursday, our students will have their PBIS Celebration. All students who have 80% or higher on Class Dojo for the third nine weeks or have not been suspended will be participating in a Dodgeball Tournament. This is to celebrate their good behavior! :)

It is hard to believe that the end of the third nine weeks is quickly approaching. If you have not recently, be sure you are logged into PowerSchool so that you are able to see your child's grades. If we can help you with this, feel free to stop by the school or give us a call.

Have a great weekend!

Author Visit - McCall Hoyle Author Visit - McCall Hoyle

This week we had McCall Hoyle join us at school to teach our students how to write a story. McCall was with us in the Fall to kick off our One School, One Book - Stella. She is the author of several other books. Our students had a blast!

Reminders Reminders

Transportation Change

You must call the office if you need to change the transportation for how your child normally gets home. Messaging the teacher on Class Dojo will not work because teachers will most likely not see your message until students are already gone.

Breakfast

If your child is a car rider and would like to eat breakfast at school, please be sure to get them to school as early as possible to give them plenty of time to eat. The hot breakfast line ends at 7:35am. I would suggest getting your child to school before 7:30am to ensure they are getting a hot breakfast, and are not rushed.

Tardy Bell

The tardy bell will ring at 7:45am. Students must be in their classroom by 7:45am in order to not be tardy. Parents must park and walk their child in if they are tardy.

Early Dismissal

Students will not be allowed to be dismissed from class after 2:00pm without administrator approval. Please plan doctor appointments accordingly.

Free Lunch

Breakfast and Lunch are free for all of our students this year!
