Technology Update

At Lebanon, we believe that excellent communication is at the heart of successful organizations. In our ongoing efforts to provide parents with immediate and valuable information, the Lebanon School District is pleased to make online access of grades and attendance available to the parents of students within the district.

Lebanon's student information system, PowerSchool, is used daily by our teachers, counselors, and administrators to manage student data. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to see your child's grades on a regular basis from home. PowerSchool includes a Parent Portal that provides this access.

The Parent Portal is web-based and secure. The website location is https://powerschool.lebanon.k12.pa.us/public

The Lebanon School District is beginning to use electronic form collection through the parent portal. This will reduce the need for paper forms to be sent home and then collected.

To introduce this new service, we will work with the following forms for the beginning of the 2021-22 school year.

• Device Use Agreement for iPads and Chromebooks
• Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (Coppa)
• GuideBook Acknowledgment
• Photo - Media Release
• Walking Field Trips

If you already have a Parent Portal login, your password has not changed and you will see a new Forms Icon on the left hand menu.

Look for new Forms to be added throughout the year including an easy way to update your contact information!

Assistance with credentials can also be obtained by contacting the Technology Services Department at powerschool@lebanon.k12.pa.us.

NOTE: If you desire more than one Parent/Guardian account for your student(s), please provide your student's Access ID and Access Password to that person who is authorized to access your student's information.

Once you Sign In to the Parent Portal, you may sign up for alerts to be emailed directly to you. These alerts will be triggered by attendance/grades based upon the selections you make using the Email Notification link. You may change your alert status at any time. You may also change your email address or password by clicking on Account Settings.
