Click here to find a form you can fill out should you like to provide the school with any information you feel would be important as we consider placement for your child. Please know that the placement process for all of the Westgate students is extensive and well thought out. To that end, it is important to understand that requests for a specific teacher will not be considered, as allowing parents to request teachers puts a significant strain on an already extensive process. All staff members are committed to providing the best education for your children. This form is to be completed by Friday, April 10, 2026.
