Clothing is to be modest and respectful of a Catholic School.
The following guidelines apply:
● Tops/shirts should have minimal midsection exposure and no slogans that are deemed inappropriate for a Catholic school.
● Caps, toques, and hats are not allowed in school from Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, students are allowed to wear hats or toques in school. Caps, toques, and hats should be removed once students get to their lockers.
● Shirts or tops should have a modest neckline 3
● Shorts and skirts, there are no “short shorts” or mini skirts.
● Students should not have any undergarments visible at any time; top or bottom
● Students who do not comply with this dress code will be spoken to by the administration and if deemed necessary asked to change or call their parents to bring appropriate clothing.
Failure to comply with Dress Code:
All Students at our school are expected to dress appropriately and in a manner that reflects we are a Catholic school.
1. The student will be spoken to privately and will be asked not to wear such clothing. The student will be asked to adjust their attire to adhere to the dress code.
2. If a student has been spoken to on one or more occasions, the student's parents will be contacted and the student must change into clothes that adhere to the school dress code.

This session will provide practical information, real-world strategies, and valuable insights to help families support and protect children both in person and online.

Parking
Reminder: The City of Red Deer placed new signs in front of our school. The section out front of our main doors has now been split into three sections. As you pull up, the first section is a City Bus lane with no public parking. The second section is RDCRS specialized bus lane with no public parking between the hours of 8-9am and 2:30-3:30pm. The third section is student drop and go with where drivers must remain in their vehicles. The North Parking Lot, located closest to the Foundations and Blended Program entrance, is designated for guest and parent parking. Some staff will also be required to park in this lot. The South East lot, near the Grade 9 doors, is reserved for staff parking and the bus roundabout—parents are asked not to park in this area. Finally, we ask all families to be mindful of our neighbors by avoiding parking in front of houses or in nearby alleys, as this creates safety concerns. This is especially important on game nights when we have an abundance of visitors parking near the school.
