New Month is here...
As we turn the page to March, it’s easy to stay in 'autopilot' mode. However, a new month is the perfect natural checkpoint to look at our progress with fresh eyes.
Winston Churchill once noted:
'Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts... Periodically, we must pause to ensure our momentum is still pointed in the right direction.'
This month, we aren't just continuing; we are checking our compass. Take a moment this week to look at your current projects or studies: Are they taking you where you actually want to go? If the answer is yes, keep that momentum. If not, now is the time to adjust.
Let’s take that courage, refine our focus, and get to work.

Message for the Week:
Message from Mr. Tejkl
Failure is part of the process...
Good morning!
As we turn the page to this new month, it’s the perfect time to treat the calendar not just as a passing of time, but as a strategic pit stop. It is easy to stay in "autopilot" mode, being busy without necessarily being effective, which is why we must intentionally check our compass and sense of direction. As Winston Churchill famously noted, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts... Periodically, we must pause to ensure our momentum is still pointed in the right direction." This week, I challenge you to take that pause. Look at your current projects, studies, or goals with fresh eyes and ask yourself if your daily habits are actually taking you where you want to go. If they aren't, have the courage to pivot. Reflection isn't a sign of hesitation; it’s the fuel for meaningful change.
Of course, the moment we decide to set a new course, a familiar guest often arrives: self-doubt. It’s that quiet whisper suggesting we aren't ready or pointing to past stumbles as "proof" that we should stay small. But we must remember that failure isn't the opposite of success—it is the price we pay for it. To move past this, we have to change our approach. Start by choosing "Data over Drama"—strip the emotion away from your setbacks and look at them as simple variables to be adjusted. If the mountain ahead looks too steep, focus on "Micro-Wins" by setting a goal so small it’s impossible to fail, rebuildng your momentum one inch at a time. Finally, keep an "Evidence Folder" of your past wins and kind words from others to remind yourself, objectively, that you are capable of doing hard things.
Confidence is a result of action, not a prerequisite for it. We don't wait to feel ready; we start, and the clarity follows. This month, let’s move from overthinking to doing. Analyze what is working, discard what is weighing you down, and design a plan for the next thirty days that actually gets you going. We have the talent and the tools—now, let’s go out there and show this month exactly what we are capable of.
Have a great rest of your week!
Quote of the week to reflect on:
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."
Winston Churchill
Sincerely,
Tucker Tejkl
