RHHS Wildcats News You Can Use
#WEARERH 11/9/2025
News and Notes
November is here which means the end of the semester is near. It’s hard to grasp that only 25 more school days stand between our students/staff before the first semester has concluded. With this, the timing is here where it is imperative to lean in closely to the expectations of the end of the semester, upcoming assessments/activities, activities that have/have not been completed and finishing the drill for a successful conclusion to our first semester together at 500 Wildcat BLVD. I encourage you as both students/parents to take a peak at PowerSchool to anticipate needs and finish the drill in a better position than we all started.
November is the season of gratitude! This year has been nothing short of opportunities to be gracious for the new facilities we’ve been graced with, the new opportunities that this has allowed for our staff/students/community to take part in and the new levels of excellence we’ve all been able to witness and be part of. I appreciate your support during this new year of change, with lots to celebrate with the typical challenges of “new” all the while working collectively to make RHHS the very best!
Take the time to read through the opportunities ahead (Senior Activities, Winter Formal, Opportunities to Support those in Need, SB 351 Recent Content, etc.) lean into the next two weeks with ferocity and focus and ultimately take the time at the end of these next two weeks of November to reset and refocus for the end of the year.
If I can be off assistance, provide clarification on upcoming activities/events or you simply have feedback/questions to share/ask - please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
See ya, Love Ya, Bye!

SB 351 Lesson 4 Summary
On Thursday, November 6th, RHHS students participated in their fourth of five Parent Pro Tech lessons on digital citizenship & online safety. This fourth lesson titled, “AI: The Ultimate Influencer?”, asked students to consider who controls the content they see online: them or the algorithms. Students explored this question as they investigated the impact of algorithms on digital content consumption. Students developed critical thinking skills, deepened their understanding of algorithmic influence, and reflected on the ethical implications of algorithmic decision-making.
To reinforce this lesson with your child at home, the following discussion points can be used:
- How do algorithms shape the information we see online?
- What is an echo chamber, and how do algorithms contribute to its creation?
- To what extent do individuals have control over the algorithms that influence them?
RHHS is using the state-approved Parent Pro Tech curriculum to satisfy the requirements of Georgia Senate Bill 351 (SB351). Georgia SB351 is designed to enhance student safety and digital awareness through instruction on responsible online behavior, recognizing and avoiding harmful online content, and engaging families in digital safety conversations. The bill mandates that schools provide age-appropriate lessons to students on digital citizenship and online safety and that parents be informed and included throughout the process.
Families are welcomed & encouraged to sign up for a free Parent Pro Tech account to view resources and activities to utilize at home!

Car-rider/parent drop-off information - Click Here
- If you are dropping off a car rider, please stay in the right lane and keep the left lane open when entering the round-a-bout for our student drivers.
- When dropping your child off in the morning and when picking them up in the afternoon, we kindly ask that you pull all the way down to the sidewalk right before the student parking lot B entry and ensure that your child is ready to unload as soon as you stop. This will allow for us to clear Belfast Keller and keep traffic rolling. Is it further than curbside drop-off? Yes. Is it going to allow for more cars to drop off at once? Yes. Is it a safe alternative? Absolutely. We appreciate you working with us so we can clear the car line in a timely fashion.
- If I arrive with my child prior to the 7am opening of school can they disembark from the car? Yes. We would appreciate you going ahead and letting them out. They are welcome to wait outside in the front of the school or step into the air conditioned foyer of the building prior to all-staff arrival.
