Mrs. Clarkson has sent home information and permission slips with student who will be representing Kingsgate at the MPS Elementary Track Meet on Wednesday, May 8th. If your student is going/if you plan on attending, please see the information below.

Also, I want to make you aware of our MPS Stadium Policy that we will be required to follow on May 8th:

  • Students are allowed to carry their belongings in a backpack (does not have to be clear).
  • PE teachers may bring in an ice chest through the north ticket gate entrance upon arrival (NOTE: concessions and access to additional water will be available as in years past).
  • All spectators will enter the MPS stadium through the south main entrance gate. Gates open at 9:00 am
  • Spectators will walk through metal detectors to gain entrance into the stadium.
  • MPS Clear Bag Policy will be in place for all spectators (I have attached a copy of the policy to share with your patrons.)
  • Spectator seating is available on the upper level north side and south side (visitor seating).
