Mr. Locke has set up an ofrenda in anticipation for All Souls Day. Students/staff are invited to bring in pictures of loved ones who have passed or write their name on a slip of paper and put it in the box.

Permission Forms have been added. Any students trying out or participating in our Athletic programs MUST have a form signed.
School Fees for the 2026-2027 school year have been added. If you have not paid the 2025-2026 school fees please ensure those are paid ASAP (an email from Division Office was sent)

Extra Snacks

By the time the afternoon rolls around, many of our students experience an afternoon energy dip and are visiting the office looking for extra food. To help keep your children focused, energized, and comfortable through the final hours of the school day, please consider packing one or two extra nut-free snacks in their lunchboxes.

Musical Theater

We have created a separate Musical Theater calendar on our website for parents to refer to. Please click here to be directed to the calendar.

The permission form is now available on PowerSchool for Musical Theater students. Please complete this as soon as possible.

Breakie Bites

E-Scooter, E-Bikes as well as regular bikes and scooters.

Just a gentle reminder that E-scooters and E-bike are not to be ridden on school property nor the property of Fox Run. If students are using this mode of transportation, we ask they they stay off their scooters and bikes in the mornings and until all buses have departed in the afternoons. We have had too many close calls in the past and safety is our priority. A gentle reminder to please ensure students have locks for their bikes and scooters as they will not be allowed to store (or charge) them in the school or entries. Please know that we are not responsible for damages to E-scooters and E-bikes as although we do our best, we cannot monitor them at all times. Thank you for respecting the safety of all our students.

Fees and Permission Forms

All our fees and permission forms are found under Fees and Forms on your Powerschool account.

Please note: An Informed Consent Form must be completed for every student. This allows participation in faith activities, division events, and city-based field trips. Additional forms will be required for higher-risk or out-of-town trips
School and transportation fees (where applicable) are also available for payment through Rycor. All forms and payments are accessible directly through your PowerSchool account.
Hot lunches will also be available to order shortly.

Cameras

We want to provide a gentle reminder that EMTS does have cameras in common areas and hallways. We want to assure families that student safety and accurate problem-solving are our highest priorities. Our cameras are a small piece of the puzzle as they don't capture sounds, context or all activity but do help to keep everyone safe.

Powerschool

EMTS uses PowerSchool as our main platform for assessment and parent communication. Teachers may still use Google Classroom or other digital platforms in their classrooms, but all official assessment reporting will be through PowerSchool.
