• 8/25: PTO Meeting in the Library; 4:00 PM

At Meet the Teacher Night you will receive a QR code for your child/children. Please either have the paper QR code or a picture of the QR code on your phone to be scanned each day in the car line. We recommend sending an image of the QR code to anyone who is on your approved pick up list for your child for ease of dismissal. QR code data only shares the child's name and it is only shared within the Mountain View building.

Breakfast and lunch are available for purchase each day at school. Please take a moment to fill out a free and reduced lunch application. These applications are essential to ensure all students have access to meals and are tied to our school's funding. The more forms we have, the better!

We hope that you can take the time to come visit our school. Visitors and volunteers are welcome. If you would like to visit our school please complete the following steps:

1. Complete a KPBSD Background check. This is required for all volunteers and visitors and must be renewed every school year.

2. Check with your child's teacher for volunteer and visiting opportunities.

3. Check in at the office and sign in when you arrive. All entrances are locked for the safety and security of our campus. To the right of the front doors, we have a buzz in button. press that to be let into the building!

Seesaw is our current school communication platform. Within the first few weeks of school, we will be switching to a new platform called ParentSquare which should be even more user friendly with more features for you to connect with your child's teacher and the school! Stay tuned!

Please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher with questions. We are all part of a team to ensure the best education for your child. One way to ensure your child's success is active communication.
