Will your family face hardships this holiday season?
If your family is currently in need, please share your name and contact information HERE. We will reach out privately to learn more about your family's needs and explore what assistance we can offer.
We want every CSP HS family to know that they are valued, supported, and cared for. We will handle all requests for assistance with compassion, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
Are you able to offer assistance this holiday season?
As we approach the holiday season, we are reminded of the importance of kindness, generosity, and coming together as a school community to support one another.
This holiday season, we want to identify and support CSP HS families who may be experiencing a time of need and could benefit from help with food, everyday essentials, or holiday gifts.
If your family is in a position to help this holiday season, please submit a response HERE. We are collecting physical gift cards in $25 increments to grocery stores, gas stations, Walmart, and Target.
These gift cards will help provide families with food, essential items, and holiday gifts.
Federal Parent-Pupil Survey - Opened September 30, 2026
Parents who are active uniformed service or who live or work on Federal Property in
Maryland are asked to complete this year’s Federal Impact Aid Survey which opened
on September 30, 2026 and will close on January 30, 2027.
You will be asked to verify your home address and identify if it is located on federal
property. You will also complete sections identifying if a family member is in the military
or works on federally owned property in Maryland. The survey should only take a couple
of minutes to complete and be assured, all data collected is kept completely confidential.
Why Complete This Survey
Anne Arundel County Public Schools, like many local school districts across the United
States, include within our boundaries parcels of land that are owned by the Federal
Government or that have been removed from the local tax rolls by the Federal Government.
Federal property is exempt from local property taxes. By submitting an application to the
Department of Education each January, AACPS receives approximately $2 million to assist
in educating all our students.

Let's get reading, CSP! This year the library will be hosting a voting event for the Black-Eyed Susan Book Awards, a Maryland student-choice literature award program. Students who have read three nominees in either the fiction or graphic novel categories will be eligible to vote for their favorites to receive this honor of distinction in the spring. Copies of most nominees are now available in our library! No room in your backpack for a physical book? Check them out on MackinVIA.com and read from your device no matter where you are! Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope you are having a wonderful start to the school year!
This year, we are excited to continue using student incentives and rewards to recognize students for their hard work, positive behavior, academic growth, perseverance, and participation in our PBIS program.
To provide a variety of incentives throughout the year, I created an Amazon Wish List with items students can earn as rewards with their Tiger Tickets. If you would like to support our school by purchasing an item from the list, you can find it here:
Amazon Classroom Incentive Wish List
In addition to items from the Amazon Wish List, we would also greatly appreciate donations of gift cards that can be used for student incentives. Some particularly helpful options would be:
Gas gift cards: Shell or Exxon
Food gift cards: McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Starbucks, Dunkin', or other popular food locations
Gift cards in any amount are greatly appreciated!
We will use these donations throughout the year to recognize students and provide meaningful incentives for their effort and accomplishments, especially for our weekly PBIS drawings from their Tiger Tickets.
Please know that donations are completely optional. There is absolutely no expectation for families to contribute. Your child's participation, effort, and support are what matter most.
Thank you so much for helping us make our school a positive, motivating, and rewarding environment for all of our students. Your generosity truly helps us celebrate students and encourage them to continue working toward their goals!
Thank you for your continued support,
Lee Hagan
Math Department Chair
Student Chromebooks
All students must have a Chromebook available for school use and should bring it to school fully charged each day. Families who need to rent a Chromebook for the school year should complete the Chromebook Rental Form.
