Camp iPad was a huge success!

On August 16th, Forty-five 4J Elementary and Middle School teachers started a 4-Day iPad Camp at ATA. Four Apple Learning Specialists and the 4J Edtech Team provided a variety of small group sessions for staff to learn and practice skills using the iPad. Most of the week was focused around the Apple Suite: Keynote, Clips, Pages, Maps, Garageband and iMovie, but some other iPad specific topics like Stop Motion, Coding and Accessibility were covered. The week long camp concluded with the submission and viewing of iMovie Projects in which campers demonstrated their newly learned skills by combining them into a final compilation. Hopefully you had someone from your school attend who will share what they learned, if not keep an eye out for similar opportunities that will be offered throughout the year.
