We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Help Design the 2026–2027 Yearbook Cover!

Springer students are invited to enter our Yearbook Cover Contest! Create an original, hand-drawn design answering the question: What does being a Springer Bulldog mean to you?

The winning artwork will be featured on the front cover of the yearbook, and the winning artist will receive a free yearbook!

All entries must be created on bright white 8.5" × 11" paper in portrait orientation. Students may use crayons, colored pencils, or markers—no digital artwork, tracing, or glitter. Please write the student’s name and grade in pencil on the back.

Entries are due September 28 and should be turned in to Ms. Harris in Room 229. See the attached flyer for complete contest rules and details.

Thank you for your patience as we completed Chromebook distribution. All seventh- and eighth-grade students have received a Chromebook and charger to use at school and at home. Students should not place stickers on their devices or mark them in any way; Chromebooks may be labeled with masking tape showing the student’s name and grade.

In an effort to limit screen time and reduce device damage, Chromebooks will not be individually distributed to sixth-grade students. However, sixth graders will continue to have access to Chromebooks and other technology in each classroom whenever needed for instruction—they simply will not bring devices home.

The BSD Technology Agreement is available in English and Spanish here: BSD Student Device Agreement.

Did you know that parents can access Schoology and see their child(ren)'s classes and assignments? We encourage parents to create an account if they have not done so. You'll need a parent access code in order to follow the steps in the linked video below.

As we begin our third week of school, we appreciate our students and families for supporting Springer’s cellphone-free environment. All cellphones must be turned off and secured in Yondr pouches throughout the entire school day. Following this expectation helps students stay focused on learning, engage with classmates, and build stronger face-to-face connections.
