Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that there is No School tomorrow 9/7/26 as we will be observing Labor Day. Please enjoy the day with family and friends as we will have a shorten but busy school week. Second reminder is that we will also have a CPT (minimum) day on Wednesday 9/9/26. Adult program students will be released for pick-up at 10:45, lunch will be provided before pickup please plan accordingly. Plaza students will be released at 12:26, lunch will be provided at that time for those that wish to stay and eat, we will clear campus at 1:00.

I would also like to take a moment to remember all those effected by the events that took place 25 years ago on 9/11/2001. During this national day of remembrance we would like to honor those that lost their lives during the 9/11 attack. And as always please don't hesitate to reach out to my office and teaching staff if you have any questions.

Families, please take a few minutes to complete Online Data Confirmation (ODC). Completing ODC ensures that your child’s school has current contact information and all required annual forms for the school year.

To complete ODC:

1. Go to the Aeries Parent & Student Portal and log in. If you do not have a log in, please follow the prompts to create an account. If you need assistance with this, please call our school's office.
   
   
2. Once logged in, if you have not completed the ODC a pink banner will appear across the top of your screen prompting you to complete the process. Follow the prompts and select "Finish and Submit" to finalize the data confirmation.

As a reminder, Plaza Robles High School is implementing the District’s updated cell phone policy during the 2026–2027 school year. In accordance with Board Policy 5131.8, students may not use smartphones or other mobile communication devices during school hours except as authorized by District policy. Please review the attached 26-27 PRHS Cell/Smart Phones/Electronic Device Policy for additional information

Join us on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. for an evening to explore our programs, meet our staff, and learn more about the opportunities available to our students and community.

Plaza Robles was designated as the only continuation high school in the San Joaquin area to receive the Model School recognition. Plaza Robles is also only 1 out of 60 schools in the state of California to be designated, i have attached the article below.

Just a quick reminder to please make sure to call all student illnesses into the office within 5 days. If you leave for any medical appointments, please bring back a doctor’s note so we can clear your absence. Your student’s attendance is a vital piece to their success at Plaza. Please remember that Plaza Robles release times are very different than the local high schools. Students are finished with school M-F at 1:48 pm if they are not taking a 8th period. If your student is taking a 8th period then they will be on campus M, T, TH, F until 2:57 pm. All students will be released at 1:48 pm on Wednesdays unless it is a common planning day. Common planning days release time will be 11:50 am. Please be prompt on picking up students as we clear our campus of all students by 3:30 pm.
