Staff enjoyed a wonderful Parent Council provided luncheon and Staff breakfast.

Art Show: The Johnson ECC Art Show is on Thursday evening, May 16th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. We hope to see our families and students for this exciting Parent Council sponsored event. The art projects are based upon books that students have read in the classroom, this year.

Last Day of School: The last day of school for students is Friday, June 14th. It will be a full day of school.

If your child is going to Kindergarten in the Fall, check out this special event (Kindergarten Here I Come) to be held on May 23rd at Weymouth High School. See the flyer below.

Check out the new front entrance located off of Academy Avenue. Families will enter these doors to drop off late students, arrive for a meeting, or pick up students when being dismissed.

We hope to foster the love of reading in our students. Please help us by helping your child read each day. Attached is a reading chart that your child can color each time they read a book. Bring the reading chart to school once all apples are colored and your child will receive a Super Reader sticker. You may choose to only read 10 books per month or submit as many reading charts as you want. We will be keeping track by classroom. If JECC students reach the goal of 10,000 books, we will have a Bubble party at the end of the year.
