Each 9 weeks students earn a Renaissance Rally by points for grades, attendance and demonstrating appropriate behavior. We have 1 more rally left for the 2023-2024 school year and we're looking forward to see where Redhawks Airlines takes us next. We've started at the airport with our pilots, we've traveled to the safari and now to Easter Island from HOP. Encourage your child to be here and do their best each day so they can attend the last rally this year!

During the month of April, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) and school systems across the country honor the courage and resiliency of military-connected children by celebrating “Purple Up” month. Purple is the appropriate color to recognize military children from all branches, because it represents a combination of Army green, Marine Corps red, and blue from the Coast Guard, Air Force, and Navy. In West Virginia, Common Ground Partners including the West Virginia Department of Education and the West Virginia National Guard’s Child and Youth Program encourage schools to celebrate Spirit Week from April 15 – 19, with April 19th being designated as “Purple Up” day.
