IT'S TIME FOR CONFERENCES!
A reminder regarding our upcoming Anoka Middle School for the Arts Parent-Teacher Conferences: conferences are a great opportunity to connect with teachers and ask questions about your student's progress, leadership, and contributions to our school. Families have the opportunity to attend in person, virtually, or both! Regardless of how you choose to attend, we are excited to meet with you and your student.
When/Where & Format
Conferences will be on October 8 from 3:30-7:30pm & October 13 from 3:30-7:30pm.
Conferences will be hybrid-style, meaning conferences are either in-person or online (based on your preference). Families will sign up for a 7-minute time slot in the ReachMyTeach application and indicate their preference for "in-person" or "virtual" sessions. There will be a 3-minute transition time to allow you to move to your next conference.
If you choose to attend in person, please use this link to ensure you are signing up to see the teacher at the correct campus, since many of our teachers travel between the Washington and Fred Moore Campuses. Please note that there are 2 schedules (1 for each conference night)
Interpreter Availability
When signing up for a conference, you have the option to select an interpreter if needed/wanted. Virtual interpreters will be available for both virtual and in-person conferences.
Signup
A Signup link will be sent out (via email and text) tomorrow (September 30th) at 2 p.m through ReachMyTeach. You will be able to sign up for both nights of conferences (please make sure you have the correct date/time selected).
For those who are unable to attend conferences, please remember that using AHconnect and the ParentVUE app is a great way to track your student's progress and contact your student’s teachers.
