Immediate Attention is Required
Thank you teachers for an AMAZING first day! I believe that the students left feeling supported and energized for the year! This was because of all of the hard work that you put into your craft and commitment to students. As we move forward to our traditional routine, please note the following:
- All 6th graders will enter through Door 6 and go up the stairs to their floor.
- All 7th and 8th graders will enter through Door 7.
- All arrival doors must be immediately closed at 8:00 a.m. Under no circumstances are they to remain open or to be opened to let students in. Please direct students to the front if they will not make it to the door by 8:00 a.m. I will be sending home a notice making parents of this.
- All students must dismiss through the same exact doors. Please do not direct or allow students to exit through the cafeteria nor through the old 7th grade door.
ID's for this year:
As Mr. Harris pointed out, ALL staff are REQUIRED to wear their ID. This is to ensure awareness of who belongs on school property and who does not. The district safety team is doing checks to make sure people have on their ID's. Please remember to wear your ID AT ALL TIMES while on school property.
