Family/Cast/Crew Update 5/27/2026

• Thanks to all the parents on crew and merienda for supporting the cast! You made the most of Monday's rehearsal.

• These last rehearsals are critical!
• Sunday ends with brief graduation ceremony and cast party.

Stage will be installed during the day. Bring your own snacks. We can order food if folks are hungry. Fortunately, we don't have much to load-in, so we can focus on setting up the lobby and Metaxas.

3:00pm Rondalla - Atrium Room available for rehearsal

• Any other groups who need to practice/rehearse should consult with Tita Myra (scheduling)

4:15pm Rondalla Ensemble Choreo

5:15pm Rondalla Pit Musicians with Tita Christi-Anne

6:00pm to 9:00pm Metaxas Hall & Lobby

• AV/Crew Team Set-up of stage/sound

• Tinikling and Singkil Dance Rehearsal for Bonifacio & Rizal with Tita Maya

• Rizal Scene Rehearsals to run lines with Tita Meesh

• Production crew only - pre tech rehearsal prep/tasks

• Costumes to be organized for quick set up in Metaxas (Melanie & Team)

• *Concessions & Lobby team to set up booths. This includes sari-sari store, merch, and ticket tables. Items for sale should be set up on Sunday.

NOTE: Shared Space! Righellis is unavailable due to an event. Use front staircase to move up and downstairs.

* Concessions & Lobby team will also have time on Saturday. Please decide when you want to meet.

IP50 Food/Merienda Team to set up/clean up and arrange catering (paid for by IP).
We may have videographer and photographers with us for dress rehearsal.

• 9:00 am: Set up lighting equipment
• 10:00am: Crew Call: Stage Management (SM) team, lights/sound folx, Tita Meesh
• 11:00am: ALL CAST except Binhi, ALL MUSICIANS called to start Q2Q (no costumes, props, makeup)
• 1:00-1:30 pm: Lunch (everyone) Some food will be made available to grab and go in case crew members cannot make this time.
• 1:30 pm: Continue Q2Q until finished
• 3:00-4:00pm: preset props, ready costumes, tune and preset instruments, bamboo poles, do makeup and hair if necessary, etc.
• 3:30 pm: *Binhi arrives
• 4:00-7:00 pm: Full Dress Rehearsal (including sound, lights, music, costumes, everything)
• 7pm Final thoughts, notes if needed. End of day.

Note: Shared Space! 11:00am service in the Church. Greek School meets downstairs until 1:00.

*Binhi leaves after the Pasko scene.

• Groups may practice dances & skits, but not on the main stage so that crew/musicians can ready the performance space
• If any group absolutely needs to use the stage to review dance, skits, please contact Tita Meesh directly and I will coordinate with the SM team
• Stage Management team & Tita Meesh will connect with Alumni arriving that day to review their part in the show

After the show ends, we will have:

• Strke/Clean up/pack up time - Everyone, please do your part! (~45 minutes)
• IP Graduation Ceremony (Atrium Room)
• Cast Party/Merienda Cena (IP registered families, cast and crew)

Note: Stage will be picked up the next day. Greek Church needs IP out of common spaces because they will be prepping for their festival. IP access resumes late June or in July.
