Online Data Confirmation
Thank You, Clairmont Families!
A heartfelt thank you to all of the families who have already completed your Aeries Online Data Confirmation. We truly appreciate you taking the time to complete this important annual process.
If you haven't had a chance yet, please log in to your Aeries Parent Portal and complete the Data Confirmation for each of your children. Although much of the information may seem familiar, this step is required every school year.
Completing your Data Confirmation helps us:
- Keep your emergency contacts and phone numbers up to date.
- Ensure you receive important school and district communications.
- Verify your notification preferences.
- Provide important information that can generate more than $2,000 in additional funding per student for Lodi USD schools.
Just a few minutes of your time can make a big difference for your child and for Clairmont. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our records current and to help secure valuable resources that support all of our students!
✨ ParentSquare Notifications
If you are interested in learning more about ParentSquare or need help setting up your account settings, please visit www.lodiusd.net/parentsquare or contact communications@lodiusd.net. We hope this helps!
Have You Reported Your Students' Absence?
If your student will be absent, please call the school office at (209) 953-8267, Option 3, to report the absence. Promptly reporting absences helps us ensure the safety of all students and maintain accurate attendance records.
If your child has a medical or dental appointment, please send them back to school with a note from the doctor's or dentist's office so the absence can be appropriately documented.
It is also important that students arrive at school on time and ready to learn. Students should be on the blacktop by 7:55 a.m. so they are prepared for the start of the school day. Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 a.m., and students are expected to be in their classrooms and ready to learn at that time.
Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. must report to the office to receive a tardy slip before going to class. Even a few minutes of lost instructional time can make a difference. Students who arrive late miss important morning routines, warm-up activities, and instruction that help set the tone for a successful day of learning.
Thank you for partnering with us to ensure every Clairmont student has the best opportunity to succeed!
Cell Phone Policy
BE PRESENT: Phones down, heads up. Lodi USD is committed to creating connections in the classroom. Starting this school year, students will be expected to keep their phones turned off during the school day - including lunches, breaks, and passing periods - as part of the district-wide initiative to Be Present. This initiative is designed to support a more focused learning environment while encouraging real, in-person connection outside of the digital world.
Please talk with your student(s) about this new initiative and the positive benefits associated with disconnecting during the school day. We believe that this initiative, over time, will support a more focused learning environment and encourage student connection outside of the digital world. You can find more information on the policy, the benefits, and frequently asked questions here.
